- This bushing is used as a wear component for plastic injection mold.
Runner pins, puller pins or sucker pins are used to grip runners to ejector side
of mold. They can also be modified and used as a small cavity inserts with ejector
pin or core
pin to fit.

- A standard off-the-shelf
H13 Nitrided core pin was used as a puller or runner pin to fit the above bushing.
- This choice may hold down
cost at mold start-up but the rapid wear on the exposed soft core
assures early mold repair.
- Choosing M-2 or A-2 60-62
Rc will last longer and extend runtimes before normal mold repair.
-

- Special
recessed pocket bushing with puller/ or runner pin
- For runner
molds with limited room for a raised puller pin, a recessed cavity in the bushing can
utilize the same pulling action.
